Wola Park has an area of 73,000 m2 with the 140 shops (units from 30 m2 up to 2500 m2). There is a leisure corner as well as two levels of offices and parking for 4100 cars. Anchor tenants include a two-storey Auchan hypermarket, Reserved, C&A, H&M, Silver Screen Cinema and others.

Tricomp’s scope of works at Wola Park:

• Negotiating and co-signing agreements with all tenants and providers,
• Responsible for negotiations of contract with GSM operators, accepting designs, co-ordinating installations,
• Local telecom and Internet operator (full and complete local operator services). We are the ISP as well as the telecom operator in the building.
• Configuration and maintenance of PBX - Siemens HiPath 4300,
• Design of telecoms and IT structural cabling,
• Fiber optic cabling design and installation,
• Overall in-charge of telecoms and IT for investor,
• Represent Wola Park project in all telecom and IT-related activities,
• Installed DECT system in Wola Park,
• Installed central UPS system (2 x 80 KVa) for whole office building,
• Implementation of Property Management database (Horizon),
• Implementation of Business Objects and Oracle.
